Contact Improvisation Workshop & Jam

You'll be revisiting some of the fundamentals of Contact Improvisation in a two hour workshop from 2pm to 4pm. The workshop is open to people of any previous Contact experience including beginners.
You'll have the opportunity to dance at the level and depth you wish with each other.
We'll have a 60 minute Contact Jam followed by a closing circle.
You're welcome to attend the workshop or Jam individually or attend both.
